Paramount released several clips of the film that show glimpses of the main character’s personalities.

The first Star Trek clip “Disease and Danger” (at Yahoo! Movies) showed Dr. Leonard ‘Bones’ McCoy (Karl Urban) getting all antsy as a shuttle prepares to take off with passengers, and he happens to sit beside James Kirk (Chris Pine). Ugh, Urban sounds so convincing with the popping-eyeballs comment!

Kirk tries to hit on Uhura (Zoe Saldana) in a bar and stirs up trouble, in the clip “A Shot at Love” (MTV Movies). You can tell this Kirk guy is a trouble-maker everywhere he goes, including inside a warp-speeding Starfleet! (“Answer Me” clip at Apple) Is this the first time Kirk meets Spock (Zachary Quinto)? Make Spock angry?! Kirk is kidding, right, he obviously doesn’t know the guy yet. But then again, Kirk’s attitute may just get Spock to emote later in the film! Oh, but did you get a look at the fleet’s bridge? OMG everything is glass! So different from the awkward, bulky days of Shatner!

And just to say this, but it’s still weird watching Zachary play anyone other than Sylar. Spock looks so tame and angelic!

Hayden Panettiere will present at the Golden Globes! The “66th Annual Golden Globes” award show will air live on NBC at 8 p.m. from The Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills on Sunday.

Zachary Quinto and Chris Pine (of the upcoming “Star Trek” movie) were also asked to present at the Golden Globes awards.

Masi Oka was signing autographs when someone heckled him. This happened when Masi appeared in the Regis and Kelly show late November 2008.

Zachary Quinto was asked how he got the part of Spock (Star Trek), and what the hairstyle did to his image.

Season 2 villain David H. Lawrence XVII is on Twitter! David will be back on Heroes Fugitives as the Puppet Master Eric Doyle. In fact, he talked to ODI about the set pictures taken of him and Claire.

TVGuide.com confirmed that Smallville’s John Glover will come on board "Heroes" as Sylar’s father, in the next volume Fugitives.

Unfortunately, Glover’s arrival will pose some challenges for the resident evil.

Ausiello at EW first broke the news via a "Heroes" insider: "When Sylar meets his father, he’s going to see a path ahead of him that he doesn’t want to take. He has a lot more in common with his father than he realized."

John Glover and Zachary Quinto look strangely alike, at least in the photos above. Eerie, but this is the best thing to ever happen to Sylar, and maybe give Heroes a boost at the ratings.

Turns out, Zachary Quinto aka Sylar is NOT the ultimate villain. here are worse enemies in the “Heroes” universe and Sylar just happened to free everyone to wreak havoc. We’ll find out everything on September 22, when “Heroes” comes back for the season 3 “Volume 3: Villain” series.

Then we read spoilers that Nathan and Peter have another brother, which until confirmed, will be called Sylar. Mama Petrelli even warns her beloved son to prepare himself for the future.

Now, another revelation shows just how messed up this family is.

Future Sylar has a son named Noah. Even more shocking would be the mother’s identity.

Kristin dos Santos confirms: Yes, it’s true. In the future, Sylar has a four-year-old named Noah (which has to be in memory or honor of our Noah Bennet, aka H.R.G.), and according to Zachary Quinto, Sylar’s baby mama is “silver-tongued and alive”.

Who might the mama be? Kristin guesses it’s Kristen Bell’s Elle. My guess? The son is named in honor of the grandfather.

About Heroes season 3 plot and Sylar’s character: Some of the pairings of characters (season 1) will be revisited for season 3. Sylar will begin to display “some restraint against his instinctual desire to kill.” I wonder if these are references to Sylar teaming up with HRG and Claire.

Off the set, she has a new short blonde bob, but come Fall, we might be seeing her in a straight dark hair. At least in the first few “flash-forward” episodes.

In other pictures, Hayden Panettiere is seen in the set of Heroes along with Zachary Quinto and Jack Coleman. And if these hint of spoilers, it looks like Noah Bennet has a new partner, Sylar! Which also means the brain-slasher has restored his full powers, and knowing him, he might be more dangerous than ever.

The Teen Choice Awards 2008!

“Heroes” and “Smallville” are vying for Choice TV Show: Action Adventure. Milo Ventimiglia (Heroes) and Tom Welling (Smallville) are among a few going for the Choice TV Actor: Action Adventure. In the female category, Hayden Panettiere (Heroes), Ali Larter (Heroes), and Kristen Kruek (Smallville) have nods for Choice TV Actress. Best Villain for television include Michael Rosenbaum (Smallville) and Zachary Quinto (Heroes). Hayden Panettiere is also nominated for Choice Female Hottie and Red Carpet Fashion Icon Female

In the movies category, “Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull“, “Iron Man” and “The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian” vie for the top award for action adventure.  Unfortunately, the other summer flicks and possibly blockbusters “The Incredible Hulk” and “The Dark Knight” didn’t get included since the movies are too late for the list.

The event is hosted by teen sensation Miley Cyrus at the Gibson Amphitheater in Universal City , CA and will air on Monday, Aug. 4 (8:00-10:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX. Starting today, fans ages 13-19 can vote once each day for their favorite TEEN CHOICE 2008 nominees at www.TeenChoiceAwards.com. “Gossip Girl” leads the pack with 14 nominations. Host Miley Cyrus scored 4 nominations, Chris Brown has 9, and Justin Timberlake, the reigning TEEN CHOICE champ, has 3 nominations.
