The couple, who co-starred in National Lampoon’s Homo Erectus, got engaged last December. No wedding date has been set. Ali Larter is back for Heroes season 3 as a “new” character – not Jessica, Niki, or Gina, but political operative Tracy Strauss.

For a moment we all thought we had seen the last of Ali Larter on Heroes. We last saw her character Niki Sanders in a warehouse explosion at the end of season 2 (feels like a distant memory… summer is so long!). Then there was no word at all that Ali was going back to Heroes, until we found out she’s having a character u-haul. Good-bye Jessica/Niki/Gina, hello Tracy Strauss. Villain or not, Tracy is rumored to have entirely new powers.

We love Ali Larter, so it’s good to know she’s staying on. Here she is partying at the NBC All Star Party Sunday July 20, 2008. Always gorgeous in this fire-hot red outfit.
