Arthur Petrelli is hunting down the heroes one by one. They are either dead, injured or on the run. What does this guy really want? Just revenge or total take over to world domination?

In his team are Knox, Blake, Daphna,  Sylar, Elle, Tracy and Mohinder Suresh, who is testing his new superpower formula. Who can stop them now?

NBC has released the episode description of episode 309 “It’s Coming”, and it’s full of spoilers so I’ll put it after the cut.

HEROES FALL AS ARTHUR PETRELLI (GUEST STAR ROBERT FORSTER) DECLARES WAR ON WIFE ANGELA (CRISTINE ROSE), SON PETER (MILO VENTIMIGLIA) AND ALL THAT STAND WITH THEM — KRISTEN BELL, BREA GRANT, JAMIE HECTOR, BLAKE SHIELDS AND NTARE GUMA MBAHO MWINE GUEST STAR — After a preemptive strike against Hiro (Masi Oka) and Ando (James Kyson Lee) in Africa, Arthur Petrelli (guest star Robert Forster) orders Knox (guest star Jamie Hector) and Flint (Blake Shields) to hunt down his son Peter (Milo Ventimiglia) and granddaughter Claire. Nathan (Adrian Pasdar) is stunned to learn his father is alive — and leading a villainous charge to worldwide destruction. Meanwhile, back at Pinehearst, Sylar (Zachary Quinto) has a charged confrontation with Elle (guest star Kristen Bell). Suresh (Sendhil Ramamurthy) begins testing his new, combined superpower formula. Later, with the others dead, injured or on the run, Matt (Greg Grunberg) attempts to wake Angela (Cristine Rose). Jack Coleman and Ali Larter star. “Eris Quod Sum” the alliances between heroes and villains are getting blurred. NBC released the description –

TRAPPED, TERRIFIED AND CORNERED, NATHAN (ADRIAN PASDAR) & TRACY (ALI LARTER), MATT (GREG GRUNBERG) AND PETER (MILO VENTIMIGLIA) STRUGGLE FOR THEIR LIVES AGAINST FAMILIAR FACES — – ELLE (GUEST STAR KRISTEN BELL) MAKES A SHOCKING RETURN — Trapped and terrified, Nathan (Adrian Pasdar) and Tracy (Ali Larter) fight for their lives against a much-changed, monstrous Suresh (Sendhil Ramamurthy) to free themselves, Maya (Dania Ramirez) and the doctor’s other “test subjects.”

Elle (guest star Kristen Bell) returns, with a shock for Claire (Hayden Panettiere) and her family. Meanwhile, aware of Peter’s (Milo Ventimiglia) ruthless take down by her rivals at Pinehearst, Angela (Cristine Rose) reaches out to convince Sylar (Zachary Quinto) to save his brother. Since he won’t sign up with the Villains, Daphne (guest star Brea Grant) is ordered by her boss to go back and kill Matt (Greg Grunberg) — or be killed herself. While in awe of the African precog’s power, Hiro (Masi Oka) still questions Usutu’s (guest star Ntare Mwine) advice on how to best face his gathering opponents. Jack Coleman and James Kyson Lee star. Graeme takes on the very confusing and alternate futures that “Heroes” posits when she asks “How many futures does Heroes actually need, anyway?”

Blake Shields, better known as Flint, talks to his hometown paper about his character and coming back (?) for more episodes.

Charlie claims “Heroes has both present and future problems” that have nothing to do with time-travel.

Like it or hate it, episode 304 “Heroes: I am Become Death” is on tonight at 9pm ET at the peacock network.

Does the end justify the means? In this fifth episode, some of the heroes face personal decisions with consequences that will reverberate through time. Claire attempts at taking down her first target but is it too much for her? Hiro approaches his dilemma using a tactic that will dismay his best friend Ando. Peter tries to escape from the future he helped create only to be haunted by it in the present.

SEVERAL HEROES STAND AT MAJOR CROSSROADS, FACING PERSONAL DECISIONS THAT COULD REDEFINE WHO’S “GOOD” OR “EVIL” — CLAIRE (HAYDEN PANETTIERE) ATTEMPTS TO TAKE DOWN HER FIRST NEW VILLIAN — MALCOLM McDOWELL (LINDERMAN), DAVID ANDERS (ADAM MONROE) AND JESSALYN GILSIG (MEREDITH) GUEST STAR — Armed with H.R.G.’s (Jack Coleman) old files and a taser, Claire (Hayden Panettiere) attempts to take down her first target — Stephen Canfield (Andre Royo), a Level 5 escapee with the ability to create black holes — unaware that others are closing in.

Meanwhile, in horror, Peter (Milo Ventimiglia) flees from all the death and destruction in the future, only to grimly discover how deeply the experience has changed him. Frustrated that Adam Monroe (guest star David Anders) didn’t get them closer to “the formula,” Hiro (Masi Oka) takes a stab at becoming friends with Daphne (guest star Brea Grant) and new associate Knox (guest star Jaime Hector), much to Ando’s (James Kyson Lee) dismay. Later, Suresh’s (Sendhil Ramamurthy) urge to correct research errors puts Maya (Dania Ramirez), among others, in a sticky situation. Linderman (guest star Malcolm McDowell) advises Nathan (Adrian Pasdar) to stick by Tracy (Ali Larter), seeing that they could accomplish great things together. In Africa, Matt (Greg Grunberg) sees his vision of “happily ever after” destroyed. Zachary Quinto and Cristine Rose star. Cynthia of SF Universe caught up with Justin Hartley to talk about the NBC webisodes Gemini Division, where he stars with Rosario Dawson. Cyn offered to throw in a few questions for me about Green Arrow and Smallville…

For the past seasons, Justin was a recurring guest in Smallville. His superhero character Green Arrow instantly found loyal fans. The first thing we all want to know from Justin, will there be a spin-off?

Justin: I think there’s a lot of talk, I don’t know if it was ever on the table but they’re always talking. I try to stay away from that. I don’t know what the plans are. I just know I’m on Smallville and that’s what I’m doing now and if someone brings it up to me it would be the first time.

What can we expect from Green Arrow in Smallville season 8?

Justin: I’m doing it full time this year. This is the first year, every other year I’ve been busy doing other stuff and shooting pilots. But this year with the strike, the timing worked out really well to do this. The writers are getting a chance to write more about Oliver Queen, now they can tackle some bigger stories instead of just little snippets. It’ll be fun for the audience.

How did you feel the first time you put on the Green Arrow outfit?

Justin: Fine and then a little sweaty and then uncomfortable and every time I go back there I go, how embarrassing would it be if the costume doesn’t fit this year. Actually, I dropped a little weight since I first did the show, so it’s not as snug as it used to be. As long as I can fit into it, I’m comfortable.

What’s the most uncomfortable part of getting into costume?

Justin: I will tell you this, the Green Arrow costume boots have about a five inch heel on them and I never understood women saying I hate high heels. I thought it was the toes but it’s the cramp in your calf that kills you. After a half hour, I have to lay down and have someone stretch me out because my calves are bricks. The biggest Charlie horse ever and they want me to run in them and I look like a fool. But it’s fun, who else gets to put on leather head to toe and get paid for it.

And when you’re just Oliver Queen?

Justin: Some scenes, they’re like you’re Oliver, woo, good one, jeans and a shirt.

Whether Oliver or Green Arrow, I think he’s hot either way!

Episode 1 of Heroes season 3 (Villains) has already been publicly shown at the Comic Con. There is even a video, summaries (or spoilers for those who haven’t seen it), and commentaries of the premiere. Well, the new boss of Nakamura Industries did exactly the opposite, and voila! The packet is swiped by Daphne, a (not-so-) petty thief hired to steal these documents.
