HEROES Season 4 First Photo – Claire’s dead

So I have to warn you first that you will be seeing a SPOILER photo so be forewarned. But it’s a great sneak peek at Claire Bennet’s first few days at her new life as a freshman in college!

In the new season of HEROES (Volume 5: Redemption), Claire Bennet (played by Hayden Panettiere) thinks that going to college would restore her into an ordinary normal teenager. And it really starts out OK – she will meet her roommate named Gretchen (Madeline Zima) and the new friends go to orientation together too. Claire will get to attend classes like any other student. But then all it will soon crash to an end.

In this sneak first photo that Daemons’ TV got (it’s still not in the NBC press queue that I get hence the link out), Claire Bennet is sprawled on a street and blood is oozing out of her head, and there is a chalk outline around her. She is obviously dead.

But then I realize that Claire Bennet can not die, right. So this picture is leading us to something else. I now recall that the Season 4 trailer showed Claire Bennet jumping off a window, and her roommate looking down at her in total shock. Claire gets up and waves ha-ha.

So Claire must have re-enacted someone else’s suicide (?) jump… but I bet someone pushed that person to the death.

Where are the "Heroes"? Links 01/10/09

Whereabouts and news about the “Heroes” cast:

Hayden Panettiere will present at the Golden Globes! The “66th Annual Golden Globes” award show will air live on NBC at 8 p.m. from The Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills on Sunday.

Zachary Quinto and Chris Pine (of the upcoming “Star Trek” movie) were also asked to present at the Golden Globes awards.

Masi Oka was signing autographs when someone heckled him. This happened when Masi appeared in the Regis and Kelly show late November 2008.

Greg Grunberg has a really cool website, greggrunberg.com. You have got to see it!

Zachary Quinto was asked how he got the part of Spock (Star Trek), and what the hairstyle did to his image.

Season 2 villain David H. Lawrence XVII is on Twitter! David will be back on Heroes Fugitives as the Puppet Master Eric Doyle. In fact, he talked to ODI about the set pictures taken of him and Claire.

But he adds something spoilery and it has to do with Claire’ character and the formula.

The serum that Mohinder injects into people triggers a mutation because something is missing - a catalyst. Daddy Petrelli corrects that the catalyst is not something, it’s someone. Can you guess who it is?

So Pinehearst wants to capture Claire, and I assume, use her blood to stabilize the serum.

Milo Ventimiglia on the Bonnie Hunt Show

So Milo Ventimiglia went around town his week! He was at the Bonnie Hunt Show October 20 and they talked at length about performing, being a vegetarian, Afghanistan and Hayden Panettiere. Did you know he was a vegetarian since in the womb? Amazing!

Does it seem to you like Milo is a shy person? I thought he is, or maybe he’s not used to the attention of stardom yet, which is good to be kept grounded like that. But oh, did you notice how he evaded the question about Hayden, and his face went sour? When you’re out in the spotlight all the time like Milo is, you really have to guard what little privacy you have. And that’s hard.

“Heroes” actress Hayden Panettiere takes an easy afternoon off with a friend. The girls had lunch, headed to a few furniture stores in the area before going back to Hayden’s house.

I love how simple Hayden’s outfit is – loose jeans, white shirt and that scarf-belt! – very casual, very chic but also classy with the bright red lipstick.

Hayden Panettiere’s dad charged with battery

This is a sudden turn of events.

LA Prosecutors have charged the father of “Heroes” star Hayden Panettiere with misdemeanor battery for the alleged incident of beating his wide.

According to the International Herald Tribune, Alan Panettiere could face up to 1 year in prison if convicted. Last Aug. 11, Panettiere was arrested for allegedly hitting his wife Lesley three times with an open hand. The next morning, out on bail, the couple said everything was thrown out of proportion, so one would think “the case is closed.”

I guess not. I hope Hayden Panettiere’s family can weather this difficult situation.

Hayden Panettiere at the "Heroes" Premiere Countdown, Edison Lounge

Hayden Panettiere looked very sophisticated at the "Heroes" Countdown to Premiere event at the Edison Lounge, Los Angeles on September 7.

In her matching black jacket and pants, Hayden greeted fans and posed for photographs before heading inside the lounge. More pictures of Hayden show her chatting with other cast members.

The “Heroes” cast will be taping the Countdown event, which will air on September 22 at 8 p.m. est, an hour before the season 3 premiere.
