“Berserker”, a new comic book series created by Rick Loverd, will be a partnership between DiVide and Top Cow Productions, the same outfit that produced “Rest” this year.

A descript of “Berserker” reads a lot like the Heroes storyplot – “Berserker is about people discovering they have superhuman ancient Norse powers as they’re pulled into an underground war that’s been raging for a thousand years,” explained Loverd – except it’s Norse powers this time. But Top Publisher Filip Sablik says it only sound familiar on the surface. ” (It) takes you on a series of unexpected twists and turns, and grabbed our attention right away.”

The Los Angeles Regional Paparazzi Task Force met at Los Angeles City Hall on July 31, 2008 to determine whether tabloid photographers have become too aggressive and dangerous to the safety of celebrities they track.

Milo Ventimiglia was among the first to testify, and the “Heroes” actor recounts being stalked by a group of paparazzi as he drove through West Hollywood. At each red light, three tabloid photographers would jump out of their cars and surround his car, blinding him with their camera flashes.

Milo admitted he lost a bit of confidence in the law when he went to the police station after one incident and was told there was nothing authorities can do.

John Mayer and Eric Roberts also testified before the task force. Meanwhile, the L.A. chief of police William J. Bratton criticized the meeting as “farce”.

Being 18 can really make one feel mature and responsible. The Heroes star bought a house this summer, her very own, and she’s ready to occupy it. She chose the decor and bought her own furniture. Her little mansion has a big living room fitted with a 14-foot long couch that is perfect for parties with (no parental supervision, yey!) “It’s kind of the hangout spot… It’s comfy and people can make a mess in the room.”

Of course there would be parties. That definitely comes with being on your own, but she won’t be totally alone. Her best friend from home is moving in with her… and well, there is boyfriend Milo Ventimiglia who will make sure she’ll have company.

Hayden is quick to add that her parents won’t be too far away. They live just down the street. “I still want a mom and dad to take care of me and do my laundry, ‘cause I can’t do it. No, I’m kidding. I can do laundry!”

Milo and Hayden are co-stars in the hit show Heroes, so that would make their friendship more than 2 seasons old (aka year). I really think they hit it off at the Heroes World tour in August 2007. The pair was part of the crew who went to Europe and how can love not develop when you’re in Paris? Or wearing a sexy German costume? In Touch caught wind that Milo Ventimiglia was shopping for a ring last June, to the ca-ching of a $200,000 Cartier. Even with a decade gap in ages, Milo is clearly smitten in love with Hayden, and he wants to get engaged, preferably this year! Go for it, man!

Hayden and Milo work together on the hit show Heroes and so by the count, they’ve been around each other’s lives for two years now. The pair started dating this January, or at least that’s what reports say.

And what superhero costume will Tom Cruise and wife Katie Holmes would you like to see them wear? How about David and Victoria Beckham, or Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony?

Well, maybe they didn’t really get to wear any superheroes costume. But those stars, and soooo many more, did come for the Metropolitan Costume Institute Gala on May 5 for the exhibit “Superheroes: Fashion and Fantasy“. And some of them came in regal attire, like Julia Roberts. While some like Katie Holmes paired a striking red gown with an equally shocking blue heels. Maybe she thought those are supergirl’s colors?
