Official Description:
CLARK MEETS HIS COUSIN KARA KENT AND VISITS JOR-EL — Clark and Lois discover Kara’s spaceship but before they can open it, Kara appears and knocks Lois out. Clark is shocked after Kara tells him she is there to protect baby Kal-El. Despite Kara’s appearance, a despondent Clark decides that without Lana there is nothing keeping him in Smallville, and heads to the Fortress of Solitude to begin his training as a superhero. However, Jor-El tells him Kara’s father - Zor-El, who is Jor-El’s brother - is evil and Kara is dangerous, therefore Clark must stay in Smallville to find out why she came to Earth. Lex makes a stunning discovery regarding Lana and Project 33.1.

Episode 7.03: Fierce

AMERICA’S NEXT TOP MODEL WINNER EVA MARCILLE GUEST STARS — Kara desperately wants to make friends and fit in on Earth, but Clark tells her to keep a low profile until she can get her powers under control. Despite his warnings, when the “Miss Sweet Corn” beauty pageant comes around, Kara signs up and meets the competition – Tyler (guest star Eva Marcille), Carly (guest Elisa King) and Tempest (guest Christine Chatelain) – three meteor-infected vixens who plan to use their powers to steal a treasure map to the hidden Smallville time capsule. After Tyler witnesses Kara using her powers, the girls pretend to be her friends, but are really planning to use her for their devious plan. SUMMARY OF SPOILERS
- (new spoiler!) Lionel escapes from a strange woman named Marilyn, who kept him in a secluded cabin. He gets hit in the head as he’s running through the woods, but Marilyn’s boss, L.L.
- (new spoiler!) Lex saves Lionel and his dad accuses him, when Marilyn points a gun at them. Lois ends up saving the day for both Luthors.
- Clark saves the life of a “Warrior Angel” lead actress and gets his 15 minutes of fame and trouble.
- Clark gets a thank-you gift! (This may have given him the idea for Superman’s red cape later in his adult life) But jealous Lana gets ticked.
- Lois follows a scandalous lead involving the Luthors, despite being given a different assignment by The Daily Planet’s EIC Grant.
- “No masks, no flights!” remark to remind us of the future of Clark/Superman

SUMMARY OF SPOILERS
- Kara searches for her ship’s missing crystal in a government lab in Washington DC.
- Kara gets captured and sedated with a truth serum that takes her back to Earth in past trip. (So she has been to Earth even before Clark was!)
- The past involves Lara checking up on the Kent’s at the farm.
- Clark saves his cousin but falls victim to the serum and sees his mom, Lara.
- Chloe discovers a secret that Lana has been keeping from Clark.
- We will first meet her as a pregnant Lara in this flashback
- Lara will go through a portal to check out the Kent family where Kal-El will be raised
- A nice passing-of-the-torch so to speak, Kara, played by Laura Vandervoort, will make the trip with Lara
- What the two ladies learn in the past may be Clark’s only hope for a future after someone else from his bloodline shows up in what Slater describes as an “intense, highly stylized episode” next week
- The rivalry between Jor-El and Zor-El will revolve around Lara
- The brother Zor-El is this evil, mad scientist who has figured out how to replicate Lara’s DNA in this crystal.
- Guest stars former Supergirl Helen Slater as Lara and Christopher Heyerdahl as Zor-El.
