“Heroes” named one of AFI’s Best TV shows
The American Film Institute has awarded “Heroes” as one of America’s TV Programs of the Year for 2006.

This puts Heroes in the same pedestal as “Battlestar Galactica”, “24“, and “The West Wing”.
Woohoo!
“Heroes” met AFI jurors criteria based on how overall creative ensembles that create the program “best advance the art of the moving image”. Other AFI finalists - Dexter, Elizabeth I, Friday Night Lights, The Office, South Park, and The Wire.
