In their quest to escape to America, Alejandro tries stealing a car and gets caught by the Mexican policia. Maya rescues her twin brother by willfully allowing herself to let the blackness inside her kill his captors.
Sylar wakes up in a strange place, and finds that some company has rescued him from Kirby Plaza. He seems to have become helpless and forgetten his powers. Candice, sporting a make-over, becomes his self-appointed nurse and makes herself believe that Sylar needs her to get his powers back. Then of course, his internal clock gets wound up, and he kills her
Peter helps the Irish mobster steal money and re-discovers his powers instinctively. He also starts falling in love with Kaitlin.
Noah stares at his own death sentence and ultimate heartbreak. The missing painting of Isaac Mendez shows Noah’s face, bloodied and maybe dead, with daughter Claire kissing someone in the background. Who is the boy that Claire is with? And who will kill Noah? Are they one and the same?
