Hayden Panettiere and Vanessa Hudgens performed at the “Neutrogena Fresh Face Concert” at the 3rd Street Promenade on September 7.
As always, Hayden embodied the youthfulness of the Neutrogena spokespersons. More pictures of Hayden on stage, after the jump.
Later that night, Hayden will change into more sophisticated black jacket for the "Heroes" Countdown to Premiere Event.
