Have you all watched "Heroes" this Monday? Fantastic, wasn’t it? By far, it’s the stellar episode of the season! War is about to break loose and it’s anyone’s guess who will be left standing in the final episode.

And don’t forget "Smallville". Chloe Sullivan is about to wed and Doomsday is her special guest! As Brainiac foretells, "doom" is coming.

Unfortunately, I am fighting my own sneaky little villain these days and I’m losing the battle. The cold virus has knocked me off my feet and I’m hacking, snorting, sneezing and feeling awful everywhere. But I will yet win the war! HA!

So pardon the infrequent posting. Just give me a few days to get well, and I’ll be back with a great review of both "Heroes" and "Smallville" AND exclusive interviews of the shows’ cast. Meanwhile, check out the latest additions to the episode guide for "Heroes" and "Smallville".

“Hero” is the story of Thom Creed, a high school basketball star with the power to heal people. His abilities get the attention of the League (of superheroes, I pressume) and when he joins the team the real adventure begins.

Is television ready? Some writers chime in. MTV thinks it’s a “gutsy choice” given that none of the networks are willing to launch any kind of superhero series anyway. Complex.com has a list of the existing comic book superheroes with homesexual orientations.

Arthur Petrelli is hunting down the heroes one by one and top of his list is the "Catalyst". In his team are Knox, Blake, Daphna,  Sylar, Elle, Tracy and Mohinder Suresh, who is testing his new superpower formula. With the heroes either dead, injured or on the run, Matt attempts to wake up Angela. Can anyone stop the villains from their quest for world domination?

Whoever said weddings are perfect hasn’t seen the Smallville version yet. Not when the party crasher is Doomsday, and the spoilsport is Lex Luthor.

That’s right! Oliver Queen found some clues that Lex Luthor is alive and he’s hot on the villain’s trail. But he needs Clark’s help, and once again, Clark is about to get the villain get away. What’s up with that? Same thing Oliver seems to ask.

E! Online has really good spoilers about this Monday’s episode, and there is just no place to hide it, so if you don’t care for spoilers, pass or forever hold you peace.

• Angela Petrelli’s mind is trapped inside her comatose body, and Matt Parkman tries to read her thoughts.
• Elle Bishop channels her electrifying touch on someone she has a certain past with, but this time it will have some "distinctly sexual overtones".
• And then, Elle begs for death! Will she get it?
• Another Hero has the power and motive to put that first hero out of his/her misery. Will he do it?

Milo Ventimiglia talked about "Heroes" episode 3.09 "It’s Coming" and the scene in his apartment where he asks Claire Bennet (Hayden Panettiere) to keep away from all the violence and fighting. The video is Milo’s take on the sneak peeks and behind-the-scenes I previously posted.

Smallville episode 8.13 "Power"

Lana Lang makes her comeback in the episode "Bride" and she stays in Smallville for a little while. We’ll get to know what has kept her busy and why she had to leave Clark.

In the 13th episode of the season "Power", we’ll find Lana’s involvement with Luthorcorp has not stopped. And a Luthorcorp experiment is what keeps her alive! According to Kryptonite, a Dr. Grohl is involved in these experiments, which may have ties to Project Ares from previous season.
