Dania Ramirez gets Best Supporting from the 23rd Imagen Awards

Dania Ramirez bags a Best Supporting Actress (Heroes) trophy at the 23rd Annual Imagen Awards.
Dania was so excited for being recognized by the Latino community that she called Latina.com and gushed over her experience. “I am so blessed! It is an overwhelming feeling of joy and pride! God knows it’s been hard. I wanted to cry and laugh at the same time!” Dania didn’t expect to win so she didn’t prepare a speech. “I figure if I won, whatever I said would come from the heart.”
For this occasion, Dania wore her fashion style.

I really like simple fashion lines on her, but that’s just me. The Imagen Awards The awards exemplify the best of what Hollywood can produce in portraying the image of Latinos and Latino culture. This year, Dania Ramirez continues her role as Maya Herrera in Heroes season 3 (”Villains”), which opens September 22, 2008. More power to her!
