HEROES 4.11 “Thanksgiving” Airdate November 23, 2009
In my mind, the Thanksgiving Holiday is a day to make amends as you thank the people you love and loved you. And this HEROES episode looks no different than what might be happening in real life. Like the Bennet family for instance. H.R.G. will host a thanksgiving dinner for his family! And that means Lyle, mom Sandra and Claire will all be at the same table so this is a chance for H.R.G to redeem his life back.

It was good to know that Adrian Pasdar won the best supporting actor category at the 35th Saturn Awards this weekend.
Adrian was exceptional in “Heroes” season 3 as the back-stabbing, self-serving senator Nathan Petrelli who got all the post-humans in big trouble with the government. Up until his last days, you never knew whose side Nathan was on. Let me rephrase that – Nathan will always look after his own skin, no matter whose side he’s on. And that’s what Adrian  Pasdar portrayed really well last year.
So, congrats to Mr. Pasdar for the recognition!

Heroes episode 3.18 Exposed Airdate: March 2, 2009
Heroes is back! I’m really loving the show’s feel and pace. Last Monday’s episode (“Cold Wars”) was so tight that now I can’t wait for the next ep to come.

Heroes episode 3.14  A Clear and Present Danger Airdate: February 2, 2009
  Heroes returned to television with a new storyline called Volume 4: Fugitives, and the first few minutes were spellbinding!
Last night, the first episode (Clear and Present Danger) didn’t waste anytime introducing the characters. Have you seen the Heroes Superbowl commercial last night? That was just so cool! All the major characters were featured in scrimmage with real NFL stars!
In the huddle were Ando Masahashi (James Kyson Lee), Peter Petrelli (Milo Ventimiglia), Nathan Petrelli (Adrian Pasdar), Hiro Nakamura (Masi Oka), Mohinder Suresh (Sendhil Ramamurthy) and Matt Parkman (Greg Grunberg).
